Project Haiti has an active team of Urologists and medical staff that is committed to improving the quality of life for the people of Haiti.   In addition to sending teams to the area to provide medical care for the community, the team puts a strong emphasis on providing medical education to Haiti's own health care workers. Project Haiti teams began this work many years ago and continue to sponsor new courses to train Haiti's future surgeons in cooperation with the national University Hospital in Port-au-Prince (Hopital de L'Universite d'Etat De Haiti).
